Crochet and knitted shawl.

I made the base of the shawl in tunisian crochet, did not know what I wanted to at the end, and waited for inspiration. Finally I did hand knitted the lace.

At the top of the shawl there are many increases that make the shawl sit well on the shoulders.

Measurement

170 * 72 cm

Warm and cosy shawl, good to have it on your shoulders when it is cold. Also good to have it on, on those warm summer evenings.

The Icelandic sheep came with the Norwegian people when the land was settled in the year 874, since then the sheep has been grazing through the countryside freely. The wool is very unique, warm but also breathable and water resistant.

Some say that the Icelandic wool should not be washed frequently, put the shawl outside and let the wind blow through the shawl. But if for some reason you spill something on the shawl, then you should wash it.

Care instructions
Hand wash only in lukewarm water (30°C / 86°F). Soak the garment in the suds for about 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly in lukewarm water. Do not rub or wring but gently squeeze the liquid through the garment. Dry flat, smooth the shawl out and pull gently into shape.
